Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these regulation and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, then please do not use this site. We may change or amend these terms and conditions as and when necessary, for which we reserve the right to do so; such changes are effective as soon as they are visible on the site. We therefore recommend that you check the terms and conditions posted on the website regularly and are aware that cached pages may not contain up-to-date terms and conditions.
When placing an order you agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete. We will only accept orders for delivery to a postal address in Europe. When you place your order over the website we will send a confirmation email which will detail the products ordered. You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. Please note that your order simply constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Your order is accepted by us when we despatch the product to you, no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and us until you order is classed as “despatched”; despite that we may have sent an email confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order. If your order has been declined, you will contacted you to advise the reason why.
By default all prices are displayed on our website in EURO. We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at any time at our discretion before, but not retrospective, of accepting your order. We always strive to ensure that prices displayed are consistently up-to-date and correct, but very occasionally errors may occur.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any order. We use PayPal.
If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 7 days from the date you place your order. We may honour (at our complete discretion) cancellations requiring a refund up to 7 days from when you receive your order. To cancel your order prior to despatch we advise that you contact us by email as soon as possible after ordering. We will not be liable for any costs incurred in returning your order, if you cancel the order after the goods have been despatched. For orders cancelled after despatch please follow our standard returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.
You may return your order for an exchange, refund or credit within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in perfect, original condition, with any tags/manufacturer’s packaging still intact. If you decide to return the goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. The goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged, in original condition, with any tags/manufacturer’s packaging still intact as soon as reasonably possible, and within the allotted time period for either a refund (14 days); we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with us inside of the allotted time period; so you are advised to select the appropriate mail service to ensure the goods arrive with us in time. It is your responsibility to pay the postage costs for any items returned to us. You are advised to use a recorded method of carriage for returning your goods. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing a claim. In the case of faulty goods, or goods which have been sent though an error of our doing, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs up to the standard rate charged by Postnord Logistics for a basic recorded service. Should you decide to return the goods all customers are required to email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information regarding the goods to be returned:

• Items to be returned
• Reason for return
• Total Cost of Order
On receipt of this information you will be advised of the appropriate return address.
All refunds will be processed via your original method of payment for the price of the goods paid, excluding postage. Due to laws addressing money laundering you can only refunded onto the Pay Pal. Please allow 20 working days for your refund to be processed.
All orders are based upon goods being subject to availability. If your order contains multiple items whereby some items are available and some are not, we reserve the right to process and despatch part of your order. All size and fitting guides are produced with information supplied by the manufacturers, so they are as accurate as possible; however it is not possible to allow for slight differences in production of products. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, prices and other details of products that appear on the website are correct at the time they went “live” online. We reserve the right to decline orders where product information has been published in error; including prices and promotions. All product images are as accurate as possible, however, due to a multitude of factors that can affect the viewing experience, for example: monitor colour contrasts/brightness, screen reflection, internet browser and many other variables; we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour or texture between the online image and the actual product. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at our discretion, at any time without notice.
We aim to process and despatch all orders the first working day they are received, although there are some circumstances where this is not possible due to variables outside of our control. Reliable carriers are used and any stated delivery times are estimated, as it is impossible to allow for all eventualities; therefore we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur as a result of the courier/delivery service. In the case of a missing or delayed delivery attempts will be made to locate the parcel. In the event that we are unable to locate your parcel, replacements will be sent. In the event of a 'lost item' all customers are required to email@example.com with information regarding your missing item, this information should include:

Please note that the minimum delivery estimation must be surpassed in order for us to carry out a missing items investigation. Once all requirements are met you will be informed via email.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish Law and it is agreed that the Swedish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods and the website. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing between you and us. Neither these terms and conditions, or any of their exclusions, affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We cannot accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change prices, information, specifications and descriptions of listed products or services at any time and without notice. We strive to ensure that the website functions correctly at all times, however we don’t offer warranties or guarantees relating to the availability or accessibility of the website. Unless otherwise stated in this disclaimer we will not be liable for any loss, damages, expenses or costs incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the website; or any delay, error or failure in sending or receiving any information or communication through traditional post or any electronic medium. Products sold by we are deemed to be for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any losses, such as, but not limited to: loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from us. We cannot be held responsible for inappropriate material displayed on third party websites or any other written material; including information or sites that are linked to, or for the legal consequences of your entering into any contracts with any third parties as a result of using these links or visiting such websites. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or out-of-date information (including prices) that apply for our products stated on any third party sites or shopping directories; the only information that we have control over is that displayed on this website (subject to the restrictions detailed in these terms and conditions).
